Inspect your clothes on arrival.
Open the package carefully to prevent accidental damage. Then look each piece over to ensure that there are no flaws. Try the pieces on to make sure they fit, that zippers work, and that buttons are in place.
Should you need to return your suit or separates for any reason, follow these instructions.
Hang each piece on the provided hangers.
The sturdy, round-shouldered hanger provides ideal support for jackets and prevents wrinkles and creases. The nonslip bar on the trouser hanger will hold your pants securely in place. If hanging a skirt on the hanger with clips, turn the skirt inside out to prevent marks and protect the fabric.
Air them out.
After you’ve worn your suit or separates, hang them up where they can air out for a few hours. Then use the provided garment cover to keep your clothes free from dust and moisture between outings. Cleaning professional clothing too often can cause them to wear out quickly.
Keep them clean.
Follow the care instructions on the label. If using a washing machine, home washers are recommended. Commercial washers can be harsh on clothing.
Steam, don’t iron.
If your clothes become wrinkled, you can use a steamer to remove the wrinkles. Never use an iron as it can damage (burn) the fabric.
Consider buying a clothes brush.
In between cleanings, a quick brush-off when you get home from your meeting or event will remove any dust, hair, or dirt that may have accumulated on the fabric.
